WHAT A CLIENT SHOULD DO TO ENSURE EVERYONE’S SAFETY:

1. Please respond to message 24hr prior to treatment, which will be sent by VK.

2. Please arrive on TIME and ALONE please don’t be late. (if you arrive late, we might not be able to proceed with the treatment)

3. Once you arrive, please ring the reception at 0892059520 to notify the master that you have arrived, do not enter the saloon unless called. (if you arrive early you might have to wait outside until scheduled time)

4. Once you enter please sanitise your hands after what we will check your temperature checked and fill in small questionnaire.

5. Please come with a face mask (if you don’t have one, you will be able to purchase one on site for a small price)

6. All your personal belongings will be put in the plastic bag and must remain there until the end of the treatment.

7. Please dress warm as we might have to open occasionally door to increase the ventilation (Please bring your own blanket you come to an eyelash extensions treatment or lash lift)

8. Please bring exact cash.

9. It is recommended to remain quiet during the treatment unless it is discussing the job/type of service. (if you require a special design, please contact master 24 hours with a pic of requested job)

10. Please note that our salon reserves the right to refuse the service where any Health concerns arise.

WHAT A VK NAIL MASTER/THERAPIST WILL DO TO INSURE EVERYONE’S SAFETY:

​

1. Ventilate the place

2. Wash frequently door handles.

3. Provide client with sanitizing station with alcohol at the entrance.

4. Sanitize the place of work after each client

5. Wash floor with bleach after each shift

6. Disinfect the equipment after each client
